vectors, ye? yar, i believe so; the new axis of rotation is the normal vector to the plane created by the original vector and the final vector after the set of rotations. When rotating about 1 axis, you can only modify the coordinates of the other two axes. Ofc, I'm not completely sure what you mean, but I don't think it can.
