Use Weapon of Warding On allies taking heavy physical damage, or on your infuser to help regen his health after spikes. When on King of the Hill, keep it on the Ghostly Hero at all times!
Use Convert Hexes to remove dangerous hexes from teammates.
Use Essence Strike along with Life to maintain energy and do massive party heals.
Use Death Pact Signet on dead monks, be sure to switch to your high set before doing so.
For 2 seconds, target ally is Enchanted with Patient Spirit. When this Enchantment ends, that ally is healed for 114 Health. Target ally gets healed for 35 Health.
All negative Conditions are transferred from target other ally to yourself. For each Condition acquired, you gain 6 Health. Target ally gets healed for 35 Health.
While you maintain this Enchantment, any Hex cast on target ally takes twice as long to cast. When Holy Veil ends, one Hex is removed from target ally. Target ally gets healed for 35 Health.
Enchant removal can be a minor problem, but this is not a significant issue as channeling can be used as a cover and Healer's Boon only has a 10 second recharge timer.
For 8 seconds, the next time target ally would take damage or life steal, that ally gains that amount of Health instead, maximum 76. Target ally gets healed for 38 Health.
For 8 seconds, whenever target ally takes more than 60 damage from the next 10 attacks or Spells, that ally is healed for 96 Health. Target ally gets healed for 38 Health.

For 20 seconds, this Hex does nothing. When Rising Bile ends, that foe and all foes in the area take 5 damage for each second Rising Bile was in effect.

Uses Shared Burden for AoE snares, anti-caster and anti-melee, while backing up with lots of armor ignoring damage.
Though unfavored by the PvX community, I believe it's a good enough build.
Interrupt target foe's skill. If that foe was suffering from a Mesmer Hex, that foe and all foes in the area take 25..50 damage and -3..5 Health degeneration for 10 seconds.
For 7..10 seconds, you have +2 Health regeneration and do 25% more damage. This lasts 7..10 more seconds for each ally within earshot who is under 50% Health.
