This HB team setup uses the human player to dish out most of the damage (and kills), while using supportive heroes to cap and increase damage output.

Nightfall Warrior. Strength 14 Flail Stance For 14 seconds, you attack 33% faster but move 33% slower. Nightfall Warrior. Strength 14 Enraging Charge Stance For 14 seconds, you move 25% faster. - Standard equipment for the above bars.
- Since you are the primary form of damage, you should be constantly looking for kills.
- When playing as an assassin, spike as often as possible, while on warrior simply chop stuff to death.

Factions Ritualist. Restoration Magic 13 Mend Body and Soul Spell Target ally is healed for 102 Health. That ally loses one Condition for all Spirits within earshot. Factions Ritualist. Restoration Magic 13 Spirit Light Spell Target ally is healed for 164. If any Spirits are within earshot, you don't sacrifice Health. Factions Ritualist. Restoration Magic 13 Weapon of Shadow Weapon Spell For 7(+1) seconds, target ally has a Weapon of Shadow. Whenever that ally is struck by an attack, that ally's attacker becomes Blinded for 5 seconds. Factions Ritualist. Communing 13 Brutal Weapon Weapon Spell Give target ally a Brutal Weapon for 36(+5) seconds. The bearer's weapon strikes for +14 damage as long as the bearer is under no Enchantments. Core Necromancer. Curses 2 Rigor Mortis Hex Spell For 10 seconds, target foe cannot block. Factions Ritualist. Restoration Magic 13 Blind Was Mingson Item Spell Hold Mingson's ashes for up to 54 seconds. When you drop his ashes, all nearby foes are Blinded for 7 seconds. Factions Ritualist. Communing 13 Pain Binding Ritual Create a level 11 Spirit with 220 (+62) Health and 68 armor. This Spirit's attacks deal 27 damage. This Spirit dies after 134 seconds. Factions Ritualist. Restoration Magic 13 Preservation Elite Binding Ritual Create a level 1..14 Spirit. Every 4 seconds, this Spirit heals one non-Spirit ally in the area for 10..115 Health. This Spirit dies after 90 seconds. |
- Disable Brutal Weapon and force your hero to maintain it on you.
- You will occasionally have to micro skills, especially if the hero is attacked while moving between shrines, as he/she will try to carry on running until almost dead.
- Always remember to flag this hero in the shrine when chasing Kiting Enemies.
- This hero Should be at guard mode at all times.

Prophecies Monk. Divine Favor 11 Peace and Harmony Elite Enchantment Spell Target ally loses 7 conditions, and 7 hexes. For 2 seconds, conditions and hexes expire 90% faster on that ally. All your Smiting Prayers are disabled for 20 seconds. Nightfall Monk. Protection Prayers 11 Shield of Absorption Enchantment Spell For 6 seconds, damage received by target ally is reduced by 5 each time that ally is hit while under the effects of this Enchantment. Target ally gets healed for 35 Health. Factions Monk. Healing Prayers 13 Signet of Rejuvenation Signet Heal target ally for 67. If target ally is casting a spell or attacking, that ally is healed for an additional 67 Health. Core Monk. Protection Prayers 11 Guardian Enchantment Spell For 6 seconds, target ally has a 50% chance to block attacks. Target ally gets healed for 35 Health. EotN Monk. Healing Prayers 13 Patient Spirit Enchantment Spell For 2 seconds, target ally is Enchanted with Patient Spirit. When this Enchantment ends, that ally is healed for 108 Health. Target ally gets healed for 35 Health. Core Monk. Protection Prayers 11 Mend Ailment Spell Remove one Condition from target ally. For each remaining Condition, that ally is healed for 53 Health. Target ally gets healed for 35 Health. Prophecies Monk. Divine Favor 11 Divine Spirit Enchantment Spell For 11 seconds, Monk Spells cost you 5 less Energy to cast. (Minimum cost: 1 Energy.) You get healed for 35 Health. Factions Assassin. Shadow Arts 1 Dark Escape Stance For 6 seconds, you move 25% faster and take half damage. Dark Escape ends if you successfully hit with an attack. |
- This hero should always be in Avoid Combat mode as it will run and the other monk will heal them.
- Make sure the hero is not all by itself.

Nightfall Elementalist. Fire Magic 14 Mind Blast Elite Spell Target foe is struck for 57 fire damage. If you have more Energy than target foe, you gain 8 Energy. Factions Elementalist. Fire Magic 14 Smoldering Embers Hex Spell Target foe is struck for 105 fire damage. After 3 seconds, if target foe is not moving that foe is set on fire for 3 seconds. Prophecies Elementalist. Fire Magic 14 Searing Heat Spell Cause Searing Heat at target foe's location. For 5 seconds, foes near this location are struck for 38 fire damage each second. When Searing Heat ends, foes in the area of effect are set on fire for 3 seconds. Prophecies Elementalist. Fire Magic 14 Mark of Rodgort Hex Spell Target foe and all nearby foes are Hexed with Mark of Rodgort. For 33 seconds, whenever each foe is struck for fire damage, that foe is set on fire for 4 seconds. Nightfall Dervish. Earth Prayers 8 Mirage Cloak Enchantment Spell For 10 seconds, you have a 50% chance to block incoming attacks. When this Enchantment ends, all nearby foes are struck for 47 earth damage. Nightfall Dervish. Earth Prayers 8 Mystic Regeneration Enchantment Spell For 13 seconds, you have +3 Health regeneration for each enchantment (maximum of 3) on you. Core Elementalist. Energy Storage 11 Aura of Restoration Enchantment Spell For 60 seconds, you gain 1 Energy and are healed for 420% of the Energy cost each time you cast a spell. Core Elementalist. Fire Magic 14 Fire Attunement Enchantment Spell For 58 seconds, you are attuned to Fire. You gain 1 Energy plus 30% of the base Energy cost of the Skill each time you use Fire Magic. |
- Send off to cap shrines and such.
- If you find you have this hero with you at some point use its Fire Magic to help get kills (micro).

- The real counter is the falling apart of Healing support as 1 monk can be very vunerable to attacks.
- Leaving Heroes unattended.
- Not having the skills to do Spiking.
- Shield Bash
- Smoke Powder Defense
- Dark Escape
- Balanced Stance
