This Ranger specializes in applying significant pressure to enemy targets through a combination of high Expertise, knockdown attacks, and attack and run speed increases. This ranger also brings additional melee damage through his pet, which also benefits from the attack and run speed increase of Rampage as One.

Ranger / Warrior 10 + 1 Expertise 10 + 1 + 1 Beast Mastery 11 Hammer Mastery Hammer Bash Core Warrior. Hammer Mastery 11 Hammer Bash Hammer Attack Lose all adrenaline. If Hammer Bash hits, your target is knocked down. 6 Crushing Blow Prophecies Warrior. Hammer Mastery 11 Crushing Blow Hammer Attack If this attack hits, you strike for +15 damage. If you hit a knocked-down foe you inflict a Deep Wound, lowering your target's maximum Health by 20% for 16 seconds. 10 3 Bestial Mauling Factions Ranger. Beast Mastery 12 Bestial Mauling Pet Attack Your animal companion attempts a Bestial Mauling that deals +17 damage. If the attack strikes a knocked-down foe, that foe is Dazed for 9 seconds. 20 3 Optional Core No Profession. Unlinked Optional Optional Optional. Rampage as One Nightfall Ranger. Beast Mastery 12 Rampage as One Elite Skill For 13 seconds, both you and your animal companion attack 33% faster and run 25% faster. 10 14 Comfort Animal Core Ranger. Beast Mastery 12 Comfort Animal Skill You heal your animal companion for 20...87...104 Health. If your companion is dead, it is resurrected with 10...48...58% Health. If you have Comfort Animal equipped, your animal companion will travel with you. 1 1 6 Charm Animal Core Ranger. Beast Mastery 12 Charm Animal Skill Charm target animal. Once charmed, your animal companion will travel with you whenever you have Charm Animal equipped. You cannot charm an animal that is more than 4 levels above you. 10 6 Resurrection Signet Core No Profession. Unlinked Resurrection Signet Signet Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. This Signet only recharges when you gain a morale boost. 3 Template code

Use a Zealous or Vampiric Hammer with a +30 fortitude modification. Keep a secondary weapon such as a Sundering or Furious weapon to wield when not actively swinging to keep up energy and health regeneration.

• Keep Rampage as One up at all times.
• Spam Hammer Bash and follow up with Crushing Blow and Bestial Mauling.
• Swap weapons between Zealous and Vampiric to increase your damage or energy regeneration as needed.

• Antidote Signet to counter blind.
• Poisonous Bite for a cover condition.
• Lightning Reflexes for defense and a back-up IAS.

• Standard anti-melee hexes.
• Blind.
• To a lesser extent, a dead pet.
