The SV Curses build is a revamp of the original SV Necro, but instead focuses on Curses as well as Spoil Victor. This takes out bad life-stealing skills in place of anti-melee hexes. SV works on any enemy casting spells on targets with lower health (this includes healers).

Factions Necromancer. Blood Magic 12 Spoil Victor Elite Hex Spell For 17 seconds, whenever target foe attacks or casts a Spell on a creature with less Health, that foe loses 85 Health. Core Necromancer. Curses 13 Faintheartedness Hex Spell For the next 21 seconds, target foe attacks 50% slower, and that foe suffers -3 Health degeneration. EotN Necromancer. Curses 13 Defile Defenses Hex Spell For 10 seconds, the next time target foe blocks, that foe takes 108 damage. EotN Necromancer. Soul Reaping 9 Foul Feast Spell All conditions are transferred from target other ally to yourself. For each condition acquired in this way, you gain 27 Health and 2 Energy. Prophecies Necromancer. Curses 13 Plague Sending Spell Transfer 3 negative Conditions and their remaining durations from yourself to target foe and all adjacent foes. Core No Profession. Unlinked Optional Optional Optional. - A +5 energy Spear of Fortitude
- A set of Shields, each with AL +10 vs. X and -20% Crippling.
- A 20/20 Blood Magic offhand, for when you're not under attack
- Use Faintheartedness on enemy melee/rangers.
- Spoil Victor can be thrown on almost anything. Monks who heal allies with lower health take damage, as will most pressurers
- Use Defile Defenses as a cover hex.
- Use Foul Feast for condition removal, send conditions back with Plague Sending.
- Rip Enchantments with your enchant removal skill of choice.

Factions Necromancer. Blood Magic 12 Spoil Victor Elite Hex Spell For 17 seconds, whenever target foe attacks or casts a Spell on a creature with less Health, that foe loses 85 Health. Prophecies Necromancer. Curses 13 Insidious Parasite Hex Spell For 14 seconds, whenever target foe hits with an attack, you steal up to 41 Health from that foe. Core Necromancer. Curses 13 Faintheartedness Hex Spell For the next 21 seconds, target foe attacks 50% slower, and that foe suffers -3 Health degeneration. EotN Necromancer. Curses 13 Defile Defenses Hex Spell For 10 seconds, the next time target foe blocks, that foe takes 108 damage. Nightfall Necromancer. Curses 13 Rip Enchantment Spell Remove 1 enchantment from target foe. If an enchantment was removed, that foe suffers from Bleeding for 22 seconds. EotN Necromancer.
