A Necro Capper using Siphon Strength to reduce damage of foes to increase survivability producing a strong and solid capper.

Necromancer / Assassin 11 + 1 Curses 10 + 1 + 1 Blood Magic 9 Deadly Arts 4 + 1 Soul Reaping Siphon Strength Factions Assassin. Deadly Arts 9 Siphon Strength Elite Hex Spell For 14 seconds, target foe deals 32 less damage with attacks and all of your attacks against that foe have an additional 33% chance of being a critical hit. 10 1 10 Angorodon's Gaze EotN Necromancer. Blood Magic 12 Angorodon's Gaze Spell Steal 34 Health from target foe. If you are suffering from a condition, you gain 11 Energy. 10 1 5 Blood Drinker Factions Necromancer. Blood Magic 12 Blood Drinker Spell If your Health is above 50%, you begin Bleeding for 10 seconds. Steal up to 56 Health from target foe. 8 2 5 Insidious Parasite Prophecies Necromancer. Curses 12 Insidious Parasite Hex Spell For 13 seconds, whenever target foe hits with an attack, you steal up to 39 Health from that foe. 12 1 15 Faintheartedness Core Necromancer. Curses 12 Faintheartedness Hex Spell For the next 20 seconds, target foe attacks 50% slower, and that foe suffers -3 Health degeneration. 8 1 10 Awaken the Blood Prophecies Necromancer. Blood Magic 12 Awaken the Blood Enchantment Spell For 39 seconds, you gain +2 Blood Magic and +2 Curses, but whenever you sacrifice Health, you sacrifice 50% more than the normal amount. 45 1 10 Rend Enchantments Core Necromancer. Curses 12 Rend Enchantments Spell Remove 8 Enchantments from target foe. For each Monk Enchantment removed, you take 31 damage. 20 2 5 Recall Factions Assassin. Unlinked Recall Enchantment Spell While you maintain Recall, nothing happens. When Recall ends, you Shadow Step to the ally you targeted when you activated this skill and all of your skills are disabled for 10 seconds. 10 1 15 -1 Template code
