A necro capper using life transfer and other blood magic life stealing skills to provide a durable and solid capper while being able to kill.

Necromancer / Assassin 12 + 1 + 1 Blood Magic 10 + 1 Curses 6 + 1 Soul Reaping 6 Shadow Arts Life Transfer Prophecies Necromancer. Blood Magic 14 Life Transfer Elite Hex Spell For 12 seconds, target foe and all adjacent foes suffer -8 Health degeneration, which you gain as Health regeneration. 20 1 5 Faintheartedness Core Necromancer. Curses 11 Faintheartedness Hex Spell For the next 18 seconds, target foe attacks 50% slower, and that foe suffers -2 Health degeneration. 8 1 10 Life Siphon Core Necromancer. Blood Magic 14 Life Siphon Hex Spell For 23 seconds, target foe suffers -3 Health degeneration, and you gain +3 Health regeneration. 2 2 10 Insidious Parasite Prophecies Necromancer. Curses 11 Insidious Parasite Hex Spell For 12 seconds, whenever target foe hits with an attack, you steal up to 37 Health from that foe. 12 1 15 Strip Enchantment Core Necromancer. Blood Magic 14 Strip Enchantment Spell Remove 2 enchantments from target foe. If an enchantment is removed, you steal 61 Health. 15 1 10 Angorodon's Gaze EotN Necromancer. Blood Magic 14 Angorodon's Gaze Spell Steal 38 Health from target foe. If you are suffering from a condition, you gain 12 Energy. 10 1 5 Dark Escape Factions Assassin. Shadow Arts 6 Dark Escape Stance For 9 seconds, you move 25% faster and take half damage. Dark Escape ends if you successfully hit with an attack. 30 5 Recall Factions Assassin. Unlinked Recall Enchantment Spell While you maintain Recall, nothing happens. When Recall ends, you Shadow Step to the ally you targeted when you activated this skill and all of your skills are disabled for 10 seconds. 10 1 15 -1 Template code
