This build uses Migraine and Frustraton combo making a easy way to shutdown enemy caster and interrupt foe's spells using a quick-recharging Power Return as a major interrupt, while maintaining pressure with Illusion of Pain. Power Drain and Leech Signet provide energy management. Designed for arenas, also can be usefull in HA hexways.

Illusion Magic 14 Phantom Pain Hex Spell For 10 seconds, target foe suffers -3 Health degeneration. When Phantom Pain ends, that foe suffers a Deep Wound, lowering that foe's maximum Health by 20% for 19 seconds. 15 1.3 10 Power Return Factions Mesmer. Fast Casting 9 Power Return Spell If target foe is casting a Spell or Chant, that Skill is interrupted and target foe gains 7 Energy. 5 0.2 5 Power Drain Core Mesmer. Inspiration Magic 11 Power Drain Spell If target foe is casting a Spell or Chant, that Skill is interrupted and you gain 23 Energy. 20 0.2 5 Leech Signet Core Mesmer. Inspiration Magic 11 Leech Signet Signet Interrupt target foe's action. If that action was a Spell, you gain 12 Energy. 30 0.2 Resurrection Signet Core No Profession. Unlinked Resurrection Signet Signet Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. [edit] Usage

• Choose your target and focus on him.
• If it's a monk, provoke him to remove a precasted Holy Veil with Illusion of Pain.
• Cast hexes and interrupt next spell with Power Drain for energy back.
• Interrupt using your mainly skill for that - Power return and Power Drain if it's recharged.
• Use Leech Signet for rupting skills and control energy, but also as a hard interrupt as well.
• Remember about reapplying Illusion of Pain and covering it with Phantom Pain

• Shrinking Armor or Sum of All Fears for Phantom Pain as a cover hex for Illusion of Pain.
