This Mesmer uses Air of Disenchantment to provide large scale anti-enchantment (similar to that of pre-nerf Mark of Insecurity) while still providing generic Domination caster hate

Illusion Magic 8 Air of Disenchantment Elite Hex Spell Remove one enchantment from target foe and all nearby foes. For 13 seconds, enchantments expire 230% faster on those foes. 10 0.7 10 Power Leak Prophecies Mesmer. Domination Magic 14 Power Leak Spell If target foe is casting a Spell or Chant, that Skill is interrupted and target foe loses 16 Energy. 20 0.2 10 Power Drain Core Mesmer. Inspiration Magic 9 Power Drain Spell If target foe is casting a Spell or Chant, that Skill is interrupted and you gain 19 Energy. 20 0.2 5 Diversion Core Mesmer. Domination Magic 14 Diversion Hex Spell For 6 seconds, the next time target foe uses a skill, that skill takes an additional 53 seconds to recharge. 12 2.0 10 Shame Prophecies Mesmer. Domination Magic 14 Shame Hex Spell For 6 seconds, the next time target foe casts a Spell that targets an ally, the Spell fails and you steal up to 13 Energy from that foe. 30 1.3 10 Drain Enchantment Core Mesmer.
