This build is designed to take advantage of the Elementalist elite skill Glyph of Renewal to instantly recharge skills, as well as for applying your other Mesmer skills quickly. With the skill, you are able to repeatedly stack pressure skills such as Diversion on enemies.

Inspiration Magic 9 Power Drain Spell If target foe is casting a Spell or Chant, that Skill is interrupted and you gain 19 Energy. 20 0.2 5 Drain Enchantment Core Mesmer. Inspiration Magic 9 Drain Enchantment Spell Remove an Enchantment from target foe. If an Enchantment is removed, you gain 13 Energy and 88 Health. 20 1.2 5 Glyph of Renewal Prophecies Elementalist. Unlinked Glyph of Renewal Elite Glyph For 15 seconds, your next Spell instantly recharges. 10 1 5 Shatter Enchantment Core Mesmer. Domination Magic 14 Shatter Enchantment Spell Remove an Enchantment from target foe. If an Enchantment is removed, that foe takes 94 damage. 25 0.6 15 Shame Prophecies Mesmer. Domination Magic 14 Shame Hex Spell For 6 seconds, the next time target foe casts a Spell that targets an ally, the Spell fails and you steal up to 13 Energy from that foe. 30 1.2 10 Power Leak Prophecies Mesmer. Domination Magic 14 Power Leak Spell If target foe is casting a Spell or Chant, that Skill is interrupted and target foe loses 16 Energy. 20 0.2 10 Diversion Core Mesmer. Domination Magic 14 Diversion Hex Spell For 6 seconds, the next time target foe uses a skill, that skill takes an additional 53 seconds to recharge. 12 1.8 10 Resurrection Signet Core No Profession. Unlinked Resurrection Signet Signet Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. • Defensive (-5, +5 in inventory) set with a bunch of shields.
• 40/40 Inspiration set.
• +30/-2 High set.

[edit] Usage

• Use Power Drain and Drain Enchantment as much as you can to maintain energy.
• Use Shame and Diversion to impair monks or disable key skills.
• Glyph of Renewal should be used on Diversion, Shatter Enchantment, Shame, Power Leak, and if necessary Power Drain.
• Power Leak should be used when monks are already low on energy.
