Uses Assassin's Promise combined with armor-ignoring AoE spells to deal large amounts of quick-recharge damage in short amounts of time.

Deadly Arts 8 Assassin's Promise Elite Hex Spell For 10 seconds, if target foe dies, you gain 13 Energy and all your skills are recharged. 45 0.5 5 Wandering Eye EotN Mesmer. Illusion Magic 14 Wandering Eye Hex Spell For 4 seconds, the next time target foe attacks, that attack is interrupted and all nearby foes take 87 damage. 10 1.2 10 Clumsiness Core Mesmer. Illusion Magic 14 Clumsiness Hex Spell For 4 seconds, the next time target and any adjacent foes attack, the attack is interrupted and target foe suffers 87 damage. 10 1.2 10 Fragility Core Mesmer. Illusion Magic 14 Fragility Hex Spell For 19 seconds, target foe takes 19 damage each time that foe suffers or recovers from a new Condition. 5 0.6 5 Auspicious Incantation Factions Mesmer. Inspiration Magic 2 Auspicious Incantation Enchantment Spell For 20 seconds, the next spell you cast is disabled for an additional 9 seconds, and you gain 122% of that spell's Energy cost. 25 0.6 5 Arcane Echo Core Mesmer. Unlinked Arcane Echo Enchantment Spell If you cast a Spell in the next 20 seconds, Arcane Echo is replaced with that Spell for 20 seconds. Arcane Echo ends prematurely if you use a non-Spell skill. 20 1.2 15 Cry of Pain Nightfall Mesmer. Sunspear rank Cry of Pain Spell Interrupt target foe's skill. If that foe was suffering from a Mesmer Hex, that foe and all foes in the area take 25...50 damage and -3..5 Health degeneration for 10 seconds. 12 0.2 10 "By Ural's Hammer!" EotN No Profession. Deldrimor rank "By Ural's Hammer!" Shout For 7..10 seconds, you have +2 Health regeneration and do 25% more damage. • Armor: Radiant Insignias, Best Vigor Rune you can afford, Runes of Vitae.
• Weapons: 40/40 Illusion Set, Defensive Set, High Energy Set.

[edit] Usage

• Use Wandering Eye and Clumsiness on foes to create massive AoE damage.
• "By Urals Hammer!" should be maintained as often as possible when using Wandering Eye, Clumsiness, and Cry of Pain.
• Use Fragility as a cheap primer hex for Cry of Pain (by using Fragility over Mind Wrack, you gain AoE coverage, and a much higher chance of doing additional damage than if you were using Mind Wrack).
• Auspicious Incantation → Arcane Echo to fuel your energy for two Cry of Pains (echo Wandering Eye on groups closer clumped together for more damage).
• Use Assassin's Promise on near-dead foes to recharge your skills and for energy gain.
