Factions Elementalist. Water Magic 14 Shatterstone Elite Hex Spell Target foe is struck for 95 cold damage and is Hexed with Shatterstone for 3 seconds. When Shatterstone ends, that foe is struck for 95 cold damage. EotN Elementalist. Water Magic 14 Glowing Ice Spell Deals 47 cold damage. You gain 5 Energy plus 1 Energy for every 2 ranks of Energy Storage if target foe is hexed with Water Magic. EotN Elementalist. Fire Magic 8 Glyph of Immolation Glyph For 15 seconds, your next 3 Spells that target a foe also cause Burning for 3 seconds. Nightfall Elementalist. Water Magic 14 Steam Spell Target foe is struck for 47 cold damage. If target foe is on fire, Steam Blinds that foe for 10 seconds. Core Elementalist. Water Magic 14 Blurred Vision Hex Spell For 10 seconds, target foe and adjacent foes are Hexed with Blurred Vision. While Hexed, those foes have a 50% chance to miss with attacks. Prophecies Warrior. Tactics 8 Disciplined Stance Stance For 3 seconds, you gain +10 armor and have a 75% chance to block attacks. Disciplined Stance ends if you use an adrenal skill. Core Elementalist. Water Magic 14 Water Attunement Enchantment Spell For 58 seconds, you are attuned to Water. You gain 1 Energy plus 30% of the base Energy cost of the Skill each time you use Water Magic. Core No Profession. Unlinked Resurrection Signet Signet Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. This Signet only recharges when you gain a morale boost. |

- Spear/Shield set, +60 health + 10 armor vs (popular meta damage type).
- 40/40 Water Wand/Offhand.
- +20% enchantments 40% HCT Staff.
- +30/-2 energy wand/offhand.
- Use Shatterstone-> Glowing Ice for damage.
- Keep Blurred primarily on Rangers.
- Use Steam primarily on Assassins or Warriors.
- Disciplined Stance is your melee defense and interrupt protection.
- Maintain Water Attunement and Glyph of Immolation.
