This build uses Shatterstone and other damaging skills to quickly and safely gank the other teams NPC's, or to run the flag.

Elementalist / Mesmer 12 + 1 + 1 Water Magic 8 + 1 Energy Storage 10 Illusion Magic Shatterstone Factions Elementalist. Water Magic 14 Shatterstone Elite Hex Spell Target foe is struck for 95 cold damage and is Hexed with Shatterstone for 3 seconds. When Shatterstone ends, that foe is struck for 95 cold damage. 8 2 15 Glowing Ice EotN Elementalist. Water Magic 14 Glowing Ice Spell Deals 47 cold damage. You gain 5 Energy plus 1 Energy for every 2 ranks of Energy Storage if target foe is hexed with Water Magic. 8 1 5 Freezing Gust Nightfall Elementalist. Water Magic 14 Freezing Gust Hex Spell If target foe is under the effect of a Water Magic Hex, that foe is struck for 76 cold damage. Otherwise, that foe moves 66% slower for 6 seconds. 5 1 10 Winter's Embrace EotN Elementalist. Water Magic 14 Winter's Embrace Hex Spell For 6 seconds, you and target touched foe move 90% slower. 12 ¾ 5 Distortion Prophecies Mesmer. Illusion Magic 10 Distortion Stance For 4 seconds, you have a 75% chance to block attacks. Whenever you block an attack this way, you lose 2 Energy or Distortion ends. 5 5 Illusion of Pain Factions Mesmer. Illusion Magic 10 Illusion of Pain Hex Spell For 10 seconds, target foe has -8 Health degeneration. • Spear + Shield sets.

[edit] Usage

• Maintain Water Attunement.
• Cast Shatterstone on an enemy then Glowing Ice, if you need energy.
• Use Freezing Gust as a follow up to hexes for extra damage, or alternatively to snare.
• Use Winter's Embrace for a powerful snare with DoT.
• Use Armor of Mist as your armor increase when ganking or as a running skill.
