This build uses Gladiator's Defense, combined with certain PvE-only skills to farm melee mobs.

Tactics 12 Gladiator's Defense Elite Stance For 10 seconds, you have a 75% chance to block incoming attacks. Whenever you block a melee attack this way, the attacker suffers 29 damage. 30 5 Brawling Headbutt EotN No Profession. • Maintain Dwarven Stability
• Activate Gladiator's Defense as soon as you're being attacked
• Use Brawling Headbutt, followed by "On Your Knees!" to recharge Gladiator's Defense
• Use Healing Signet to regain health

• Club of a Thousand Bears instead of Brawling Headbutt. Use a Zealous weapon, for the upkeep of your energy.
