Build:A/any Shattering Assault

The Shattering Assassin utilizes the elite dual attack Shattering Assault and fast-recharging lead and offhand attacks to remove enchantments quickly and repeatedly while putting pressure on enemy monks.

Assassin / No profession 12 + 1 Critical Strikes 12 + 1 + 1 Dagger Mastery 3 + 1 Deadly Arts Golden Fox Strike Nightfall Assassin. Dagger Mastery 14 Golden Fox Strike Lead Attack If this attack hits, target foe takes +29 damage. If you are under the effects of an Enchantment, this attack cannot be blocked. 4 5 Wild Strike Factions Assassin. Dagger Mastery 14 Wild Strike Off-Hand Attack Must follow a lead attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +33 damage and any Stance being used by target foe ends. This attack cannot be blocked. 4 5 Shattering Assault Nightfall Assassin. Dagger Mastery 14 Shattering Assault Elite Dual Attack Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, you deal 47 damage and target foe loses one Enchantment. This attack cannot be blocked. 4 10 Impale Factions Assassin. Deadly Arts 4 Impale Skill Must follow a dual attack. Target foe is struck for 45 earth damage and suffers from a Deep Wound for 9 seconds. 15 1 5 Dash Factions Assassin. Unlinked Dash Stance For 3 seconds, you run 50% faster. 8 5 Assassin's Remedy Nightfall Assassin. Critical Strikes 13 Assassin's Remedy Enchantment Spell For 30 seconds, the next 9 attack skills you use remove one Condition. 20 1 10 Critical Eye Factions Assassin. Critical Strikes 13 Critical Eye Skill For 32 seconds, you have an additional 13% chance to land a critical hit when attacking. You gain 1 Energy whenever you score a critical hit. 30 5 Resurrection Signet Core No Profession. Unlinked Resurrection Signet Signet Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. This Signet only recharges when you gain a morale boost. 3 Template code

• Rush can replace Dash
• Critical Defenses or Shadow Refuge can replace Impale and Dash. If Impale is replaced, you must skill Shadow Arts instead of Deadly Arts.

[edit] Usage

• Utilize your chain of Golden Fox Strike, Wild Strike, and Shattering Assault.
• Follow a normal combo with Impale when spiking.
• Use Dash for a speed boost to chase kiting enemies.
• Maintain Assassin's Remedy to fulfill Golden Fox Strike's condition. It also makes you immune to blind assuming the blind is not covered by another condition.
• Be careful of the very common Mo/W's that use Shield Bash. Don't rush in with your lead attack or it will probably be disabled. If you can get the monk to use Shield Bash, wait 5 seconds and it will run out. Remember, Shield Bash must be activated before the attack skill starts, or it will have no effect on the skill. If Shield Bash is activated during an attack, the attack skill will completely ignore Shield Bash.
