This build uses "Find Their Weakness!" for an unusual source of Deep Wound, this allows the Dual Attack Blades of Steel to be used producing a powerful spike.

Assassin / Paragon 12 + 1 + 1 Dagger Mastery 12 + 1 Critical Strikes 3 Command "Find Their Weakness!" Nightfall Paragon. Command 3 "Find Their Weakness!" Shout For 5...17...20 seconds, the next time target ally attacks, that ally deals +5...41...50 damage and inflicts a Deep Wound for 5...17...20 seconds. 15 10 Way of the Assassin Nightfall Assassin. Critical Strikes 13 Way of the Assassin Elite Stance For the next 20 seconds while wielding daggers, you attack 18% faster and have a +31% chance to land a critical hit. 12 5 Leaping Mantis Sting Factions Assassin. Dagger Mastery 14 Leaping Mantis Sting Lead Attack If Mantis Sting hits, target foe takes +20 damage. If this attack strikes a moving foe, that foe is Crippled for 14 seconds. 8 5 Fox Fangs Factions Assassin. Dagger Mastery 14 Fox Fangs Off-Hand Attack Must follow a lead attack. Fox Fangs cannot be blocked and strikes for +29..35 damage if it hits. 3 ½ 5 Horns of the Ox Factions Assassin. Dagger Mastery 14 Horns of the Ox Dual Attack Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Horns of the Ox strikes for +10 damage. If struck foe is not adjacent to any allies, that foe is knocked down. 12 5 Falling Lotus Strike EotN Assassin. Dagger Mastery 14 Falling Lotus Strike Off-Hand Attack Must strike a knocked-down foe. If it hits, you strike for +34 damage and gain 11 Energy. 12 5 Blades of Steel Factions Assassin. Dagger Mastery 14 Blades of Steel Dual Attack Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +15 damage (maximum bonus 60) for each recharging dagger attack. 8 5 Dash Factions Assassin. • Spear + Shield defensive set.

• Use Way of the Assassin for an IAS.
• Go through skills 3-7 to spike.
• Use "Find Their Weakness!" for Deep Wound during your chain (before Horns of the Ox preferably).

• General Anti-Melee
• Anti-Shout
• Adjacent foes stopping the Knockdown of HotO.

[edit] Variants

• Unsuspecting Strike + Lotus Strike.
• Golden Fox Strike + Wild Strike.
• Resurrection Signet over Dash for RA.
• Trampling Ox instead of HotO if you are sure you can land LMS.
• Disrupting Stab + Fox Fangs.
