Lyssa's Assacaster Sin uses Lyssa's Aura to help manage the high cost of Deadly Paradox and spam a short yet deadly Assassin attack chain.

Assassin / Mesmer 12 Inspiration Magic 12 + 1 + 2 Deadly Arts 3 Critical Strikes Deadly Paradox Nightfall Assassin. Deadly Arts 15 Deadly Paradox Stance All of your attack Skills are disabled for 10 seconds. For 15 seconds, your Assassin Skills activate and recharge 33% faster. 10 15 Augury of Death Nightfall Assassin. Deadly Arts 15 Augury of Death Hex Spell For 35 seconds, the next time damage would drop target foe's Health below 50%, you inflict a Deep Wound for 20 seconds and Shadow Step to that foe. This Spell has half the normal range. 20 1 5 Dancing Daggers Factions Assassin. Deadly Arts 15 Dancing Daggers Spell Send out three Dancing Daggers at target foe, each striking for 35 earth damage if they hit. Dancing Daggers has half the normal range. This skill counts as a lead attack. 5 1 5 Entangling Asp Factions Assassin. Deadly Arts 15 Entangling Asp Spell Entangling Asp must follow a lead attack. Target foe is knocked down and becomes Poisoned for 20 seconds. 20 1 10 Signet of Toxic Shock Nightfall Assassin. Deadly Arts 15 Signet of Toxic Shock Signet If target foe is suffering from Poison, that foe takes 100 damage. 15 1 Iron Palm Factions Assassin. Deadly Arts 15 Iron Palm Skill Target touched foe suffers 50 damage, and if that foe is suffering from a Hex or Condition that foe is knocked down. Iron Palm counts as a lead attack. 20 ¾ 5 Lyssa's Aura Factions Mesmer. Inspiration Magic 12 Lyssa's Aura Elite Enchantment Spell For 10 seconds, you have +4 Energy regeneration. • Maintain Lyssa's Aura and Deadly Paradox.
• Spam Dancing Daggers to maintain Lyssa's Aura.
• Use Augury of Death → Dancing Daggers → Entangling Asp → Signet of Toxic Shock → Dancing Daggers to spike your targets as necessary.
• Use your optionals as necessary.

[edit] Variants

• In place of Iron Palm:
  • Crippling Dagger for catching up to running enemies.
  • Disrupting Dagger is a useful interrupt to interrupt skills like Resurrection Signet in RA.
  • Ether Feast for a self-heal.
  • Discharge Enchantment for better enchantment removal, providing they are hexed.
  • Drain Enchantment for enchantment removal, energy management and a self-heal at the cost of a slower casting time.
  • Power Drain for an interrupt and extra energy management.
  • Waste Not, Want Not when they are KD'ed.
  • Illusion of Pain spec a reasonable amount into Illusion Magic for extra dps and degen.
• For the optional slot:
  • Dash for a running Skill in AB and CM.
  • Resurrection Signet in RA.
