The self heal works great for me.Frans 11:54, 24 April 2008 (EDT)
- How does Onslaught work with Expertise, is the energy reduced by onslaught before expertise or what, could have a decent effect with Concussion Shot.Frosty! 12:18, 24 April 2008 (EDT)
- After, read the notes.Frans 12:25, 24 April 2008 (EDT)
Enchantment removal will screw you over big time. ɟoʇuɐʌʎʞɔıɹ 13:13, 24 April 2008 (EDT)
- You're eccagurating, it's not that much of a problem, you just won't be able to use the build optimal.Frans 13:24, 24 April 2008 (EDT)
- Erm, no, only Onslaught is essential, and the recharge time isn't devastating.Frans 13:27, 24 April 2008 (EDT)
- Besides, you have a cover enchantment, which applies a cover condition as well.Frans 13:28, 24 April 2008 (EDT)
Ready for testing (I'll test it soon)?Frans 14:23, 24 April 2008 (EDT)
- Is it really needed, faster rechrging dibshot I mean? --Super Igor 12:16, 25 April 2008 (EDT)
- Pretty nice, although i would recommend either Read the Wind or Rapid Fire for the optional slot to boost DPS...Read the Wind makes your arrows easier and faster to hit with and Rapid Fire chucks more arrows at them...works pretty nicely though...--Manbeast15 12:38, 25 April 2008 (EDT)

Bump
Or something. Optional is either an preparation or one of those skills you got listed. Likey? -StarSeeker | My talk 05:32, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
- D-shot is very good, but if your target is dazed all the time, and concussion shot is quite spammable and has a cover condition anyway, why not use another skill? Called shot is a good option though.Frans 05:34, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
- That's pretty bad. Dshot is probably the best skill in a Ranger's arsenal. Just to counter your argument: because Dshot A. disables and B. also works on other skills. Trust me, Dshot is a staple, especially if it gets recharged faster. That's just heaven. -StarSeeker | My talk 05:36, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
- I know it's a ranger's friend, but it won't disable, because daze's easy interruptable will trigger first.Frans 05:41, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
- ...Daze only works on spells. Like I said, you interrupt skills with Dshot, not spells when your target is already dazed. Take a look at the BHA and Prepared Concussion rangers, they both apply dazed too, but they also carry Dshot. -StarSeeker | My talk 05:43, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
- I'll add it.Frans 05:45, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
- Okay, nice. Next up: is Zealous Renewal really needed with both Expertise and Onslaught? I figure that as long as you don't spam Concussion, your energy will be okay? -StarSeeker | My talk 05:50, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
- Lol, I forgot why I put it in.Frans 05:53, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
- Now attributes:Imo use expert11+1+1 marks10+1 wind10 so you dont lose 70hp to runes, skills still cost the same and the only disadvantage is one less energy loss from Deliberating and slightly less dazed time. Klumpeet 06:35, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
- Agreed. -StarSeeker | My talk 06:42, 26 April 2008 (EDT)

Another idea: Pious Restoration. Heals less than Dwayna's Touch, but is pretty nice, especially in TA, where you will be the main target of the necro. Removes Faint/Price and its cover hex. Into variants or in main bar? -StarSeeker | My talk 07:15, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
- Apply poison. Lord of all tyria 07:18, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
- Requires even bigger attribute spread. Would allow Natural Stride, though. -StarSeeker | My talk 07:21, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
Pious is great indeed, it also removes hexes which is nice.Frans 14:30, 26 April 2008 (EDT)
- bump.Frans 13:26, 27 April 2008 (EDT)
To be honest...[]
There is no point for this, you can accomplish the same thing and more by boosting expertise and running prep shot and bring savage shot in addition to what you have.— If you're reading this, you've just been pwned. Extreme(The badass shit I do.) 18:19, 27 April 2008 (EDT)
- No, this way you have cripple, a nice self heal and most important: Shorter recharge times. Onslaught isn't there for less energy, that's just a nice extra.Frans 04:15, 28 April 2008 (EDT)
- Bring Magebane instead of a shorter recharge D-shot. Onslaught is not good for rangers because most of there skills have elites that are alot like them. Magebane + D-Shot is better than Onslaught + D-shot. And you don't have to worry about enchantment removal. Also magebane has troll unguent and mending touch. That should qualify as a self heal. This is ok though, i won't rate it below a "good" rating.→ If you're reading this, you've just been pwned. Extreme(The badass shit I do.) 14:49, 28 April 2008 (EDT)
seems semi decent, but i dont think that you really need another build other than prep shot...it just seems like it does more than this and it does it better. --deathsdoor 09:03, 28 April 2008 (EDT)
- lol, though this build isnt great, its still pretty gud, and much better than Build:R/any Debilitating Spammer. Randomguy 01:16, 30 July 2008 (EDT)
