I need some advice on what needs changed about this. --Edru viransu//QQ about me 05:34, 30 July 2007 (CEST)

Always liked the WM style Crippling Anguish gankers.

Crippling Anguish Conjure Phantasm Clumsiness Glyph of Lesser Energy Distortion Ether Feast Signet of Disruption Storm Djinn's Haste

Not sure if Me/E works as well as Me/A or Me/Mo, but this is something that just came to mind. — Rapta Rapta Icon1 (talk|contribs) 06:00, 30 July 2007 (CEST)

I got this one from KGYU. Did pretty well, from what I saw. The thing I don't like about Crippling Anguish bars is that they're pretty weak if you have to fight 8v8 in most builds, since unless you've got lots of hexes, your elite's going to effectively be useless, and it's a costly elite to be easily removed. That build's energy management seems like it'd be pretty shaky, unless you're being very sparing with use of Clumsiness. --Edru viransu//QQ about me 06:09, 30 July 2007 (CEST)

(edit conflict x2)The thing I don't like about this current one is the lack of a Speed boost or any basic defense for that matter, outside of the conditional blind of ineptitude. Ether Feast wouldn't be bad, or maybe Illusion of Haste + Restful Breeze, especially with the return of Cripshots. — Rapta Rapta Icon1 (talk|contribs) 06:24, 30 July 2007 (CEST)
How is it now? --Edru viransu//QQ about me 06:38, 30 July 2007 (CEST)

Don't these sometimes bring Illusion of Haste or even Recall with Spirit of Failure? I haven't seen them around enough to know what's normal. :-( - Kowal Krowman {{sysop}} 06:15, 30 July 2007 (CEST)

Interesting...my only suggestion for now is mantra for web. Pre-cast, make your energy go a little further in the long run. Prob would go Inept<Aus<Nightmare<Clum. And now, I bid thee ado, for I must now sleep ;). Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 06:17, 30 July 2007 (CEST)

Needs an int for the NPCs though. (Why does my spellchecker say 'int' is a word?) - Kowal Krowman {{sysop}} 06:19, 30 July 2007 (CEST)
Cuz it is :P Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 18:56, 30 July 2007 (CEST)
Ineptitude Clumsiness Auspicious Incantation Conjure Nightmare Spirit of Failure Power Return Illusion of Haste Ether Feast

Ether Feast can be replaced for restful if needed. Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 19:32, 30 July 2007 (CEST)

you'll need web to int troll unguent/healsig m8 — RAWR! Skasig Skakid9090 19:45, 30 July 2007 (CEST)
I'll probably end up changing this to Readem's build with Web instead of Power Return. But, I don't feel like doing so yet, without some more discussion of what it should be. --Edru viransu//QQ about me 21:21, 30 July 2007 (CEST)

I would have left this Me/any and listed the /A and /E variants prominently. - Kowal Krowman {{sysop}} 20:16, 30 July 2007 (CEST)

You could also go Me/A:
Ineptitude Clumsiness Auspicious Incantation Conjure Nightmare Spirit of Failure Illusion of Haste Disrupting Dagger Ether Feast
  • Replace IoH for Dash if you want
  • Advantages:Cheaper int and fast rec]

Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 07:09, 31 July 2007 (CEST)

Is this ready to be moved into trial or testing? --Edru viransu//QQ about me 04:51, 5 August 2007 (CEST)

So, Spirit of Failure is less good, now. Drain Enchant in its place? --Edru viransu//QQ about me 00:05, 20 August 2007 (CEST)

Yeah, I'd say so. — Rapta Rapta Icon1 (talk|contribs) 00:07, 20 August 2007 (CEST)
If Izzy didn't hate hexes so and nerf it, then I would have kept Spirit ;). Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 00:55, 20 August 2007 (CEST)
heh i use similar build on me mesmer ... although i use kitah's/ether burden if i want to cast nightmare twice without using auspicious incantation ... but this is also gewd.... heh although i didnt think it was that great lol... spirit is a good idea--Iwan13talk 01:04, 20 August 2007 (CEST)

Inspired Enchantment instead of Drain? Less emanagement, but a pretty leet skill(a lot of potential use(a moment of aegis for your team, or an SB or Prot Spirit or SoR on a teammate) and it isn't going to get interrupted, while drain very likely might get dshot/savaged. --Edru viransu//QQ about me/sysop 05:38, 26 August 2007 (CEST)

Quite literally, a "Moment of Aegis" lol... Readem (talk*pvxcontribs) 05:39, 26 August 2007 (CEST)

Wow. I'm just shocked that this made it to great. I've seen low-ranked people use them. I run meta, its not really that good. My W/R survives a lot. So do my E/D'sAce 04:20, 17 October 2007 (CEST)

...what? --Edru viransu//QQ about me/sysop 04:23, 17 October 2007 (CEST)

I think he is talking about HB.. Which brings me to this: why does this got HB tag? I have never seen this in observer, nor played (against) it.. Kongtorp 23:01, 18 December 2007 (CET)

Dash > Illusion of haste, also y is this archived? I do AT's everyday and i can't think of 1 thing in the meta that would make this build bad in fact with all these a/d spikes and triple mellee this just gets better and better so wtf.I Heal If U Shutup 23:26, 15 May 2008 (EDT)

AB[]

I was suprised this had no AB tag... Dean 05:06, 22 October 2007 (CEST)

Add it if you want, I guess. --Edru viransu//QQ about me/sysop 05:10, 22 October 2007 (CEST)

Should we move Inspired Enchantment into the main bar instead of Drain Enchantment? Hammer And Sickle۷ïεדt/c 02:13, 28 October 2007 (CET)

Please. --Edru viransu//QQ about me/sysop 05:12, 28 October 2007 (CET)

I enjoy using Kitah's Burden and Signet of Clumsiness are usefull too, as they provide decent energy management, and are considerably usefull, not allowing melee characters to reach you or flag runners. 68.222.42.18 19:58, 28 October 2007 (CET)

The build still works great in CM, probably the best mesmer build possible for the Kurzick side. Able to interrupt a turtle every siege attack, and clumsiness works wonders on the groups of wars. Mightymousemoush 05:15, 14 April 2008 (EDT)
