- Standard selection of max damage Axes of Fortitude with max "Strength and Honor" inscriptions.
- Zealous Axe of Fortitude
- Vampiric Axe of Fortitude
- Any elemental Axe of Fortitude
- Furious Spear of Fortitude
- -2/+30 Strength Shield (While in Stance)
- +5 AR/+30 Strength Shield (Elemental; can swap depending)
- -20% Crippled Duration Strength Shield of Fortitude
- -20% Blind Duration Strength Shield of Fortitude
- Stonefist Insignia Absolutely necessary.
- Mostly Vitae suggested; some attune if you use Shock other than in conjunction with Bull's.
- Rune of Clarity can help against Blind and Weakness.
- Pressure targets with normal attacks
- Use Rush to catch up to kiting targets and to cancel Frenzy
- KD moving targets with Bull's Strike
- When interrupting with Skull Crack try to cover Daze with Deep Wound and vice versa depending on situation.
- Deep Wound targets with Dismember.
- Deal damage with Body Blow.
- Resurrect dead teammates with Resurrection Signet.
Standard Anti Melee counter.
- Self healing and minor adrenaline gain can be provided by Lion's Comfort.
- Take Healing Signet for on-demand self-healing.
- Executioner's Strike for more damage.
- Take Sprint for an energy speed boost.
- Take Enraging Charge for adrenaline gain and an energy speed boost.
- For enchantment removal, take Rending Touch.
- Take Shock for an unconditional KD and for chaining with Bull's Strike.
- Deal higher damage with Conjure Frost, Conjure Lightning, or Conjure Flame.
- For a PBAoE snare, take Grasping Earth
- Send off annoying conditions with Plague Touch. With 4 in Curses you can get rid of 2 conditions.
- Shadow step to targets with Death's Charge.
- For a ranged hard interrupt, take Disrupting Dagger.
- Death Pact Signet can replace Resurrection Signet for a Hard Res if your team needs it.
- Remove stacks of enchantments from enemies with Rend Enchantments.
