The Balanced WoD-way abuses Wail of Doom to shutdown opponents while maintaining energy with a high Soul Reaping attribute.

- Standard caster setup with HCT/HRT set, shield sets, high/low sets.
Usage[]
- Wail of Doom is very flexible:
- Use it as a sort of Diversion in most cases, but to reduce the spell's effectiveness instead of affecting the recharge.
- Use it on a Warrior during his adrenaline spike to drastically reduce his damage output.
- Same goes for Assassins and Dervishes.
- Use it on a Monk during a spike to reduce his healing capabilities.
- Shutdown melee with your anti-melee skills.
- Pre-veil the warrior, and remove hexes with Holy Veil.
- Use Rend to screw up D/P blinders, HC Monks, SA sins, etc. Also use it to counter protective skills such as Spirit Bond, when your warrior is spiking.
